Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, any shipping/postage costs involved with the return of items will be paid by the buyer. Where an item needs to be returned as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), then we will pay shipping/postage costs associated with the return of those items.

You should expect to receive any refunds within two weeks of us receiving the returned items via shipping/postage. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please carefully review each photo of our products as wood has naturally occurring details such as knots, cracks and splits which are part of the beauty of this natural material, and not necessarily the sign of a faulty piece of wood.  No two pieces of wood are the same so colour variances may occur.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number, details and provide any photos explaining the issue about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

No returns on items after 7 days.

No returns accepted on any items that have been modified or not used for their designed purpose.


Shipping/Postage

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

Postage timeframes are indicated on the Australia post website www.auspost.com.au but unfortunately we are unable to provide any guarantees that parcels will be received within these timeframes as they are estimated. Any items which are posted and then lost in transit will become the responsibility of the buyer to contact the relevant shipping company, however we will try to assist where possible.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all Duties and Customs charges that may be due - these may vary country-to-country.
